16 Jul New HR Team

July 2025: The retirement of our HR Director of 18 years and HR Administrative Assistant of 49 years means we have a new HR team! Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Jamie Raab, HR Director, and Emily Griffin, HR Coordinator.

Jamie, pictured below left, has worked as the Director of Family Planning since November 2020. Prior to coming to OACAC, she spent time in leadership at Mercy and the Greene County Juvenile Office.

Jamie enjoys activities with her kids, going to concerts, reading, heading to the lake, and swimming. Her family loves animals, including their three dogs, a cat, a leopard gecko, and two fish. She says she is looking forward to growing as an individual in this new role and growing the HR department in the future months.

Emily, pictured below right, has been part of OACAC for five years, most of that time with Head Start. She has a degree in Organizational Leadership, and is currently building on that by continuing her education in Human Resources and Leadership Development.

Emily says, “I’m eager to grow within my new department and love working here because of the meaningful relationships I’ve built and the impact we’re able to make in our communities.” She added, “Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband, spending time with our pets, and going to concerts whenever I can. We’re also getting ready to welcome our first baby in just a few months!”
