Our Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is continuing to accept applications for the Energy Crisis Intervention Program. 

The Winter Energy Crisis Intervention Program provides utility assistance and relief for eligible households to alleviate an energy-related crisis.

• The winter program runs from October through May.
• Applicants must have received a notice of termination, had services terminated, or be a COD propane customer to be eligible for ECIP.
• The Summer Energy Crisis Intervention Program provides assistance for electricity payments only and runs from June through September.
