Celebrate National Health Center Week with OACAC. The annual celebration of National Health Center Week is an opportunity to educate the community about services offered by OACAC Family Planning.

For over 40 years, OACAC Family Planning has provided the southwest region with high-quality, low-cost health care, including birth control counseling/supplies, wellness exams, and STI prevention and screenings.

Our staff strive to address clients’ needs and concerns outside of just health care issues and make referrals as needed to support the overall health of clients. OACAC’s mission remains crucial today because of the continued challenge to access basic care for many Missourians. OACAC Family Planning remains open to provide care for all, regardless of health insurance status.

OACAC Family Planning in Springfield, along with seven surrounding county health departments, are critical pieces of the family planning health care safety net in southwest Missouri, serving nearly 2,000 patients in 2020.
