EFSP

4/12/24: OACAC is the administrator for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) funding in Barry, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Lawrence, Polk, Stone, Taney, and Webster counties.

Currently, Barry, Lawrence, Polk, Stone, Taney, and Webster counties have been awarded funding through he Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency under the EFSP National Board Program. Christian, Dade, and Dallas counties are in the state set-aside and will announce funding at a later date this Spring.

Organizations in the counties listed who are interested in applying should contact their local OACAC Neighborhood Center for an application. Deadlines to apply vary per county but all occur in mid-April.
