Congratulations to Cassie Melvin on completing training and becoming a Nationally Certified ROMA Implementer (NCRI). Cassie is our Greene County Center Assistant Supervisor and Management Information System Administrator.

Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) is the performance management system adopted by the Community Action Network nationwide. As an NCRI, Cassie will assist our agency with compliance, build capacity, and help us achieve established goals.
