OACAC’s 7th Annual MO Mac & Cheese Fest, presented by Schreiber Foods, returns on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2027 from 11:30am* – 2:30pm at the University Plaza Convention Center, 333 S. John Q. Hammons Parkway in Springfield.

The MO Mac & Cheese Fest brings fans together to enjoy a wide range of delicious mac & cheese dishes. From classic mac to creative, out of the box mac and cheese, we’ll have a great selection for guests to try. With delicious samples, live music from Luce Cannons, and more, this is a FUN event for all ages.
