OACAC is seeking proposals for auditing services. The award will be for a five-year period beginning with the 2023 Fiscal Year (October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023). This audit will cover all financial records of the organization, and is to be made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Audit Standards and the
provisions of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative
Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
