02 Jan A Weatherization Story of Gratitude

The following excerpt of gratitude to OACAC’s Weatherization Director, Todd Steinmann, is from Bob, Weatherization recipient.

Mr. Steinmann, good morning sir!

Starting around the first of December your men have been here at my home insulating, sealing cracks, and so very much more! To say thank you is simply not enough. Your teams and associates have been an incredible group of people to get to know and be around. They have been so polite and understanding, thoughtful, absolute professionals in everything they’ve done here. They showed up every time with great attitudes! They are so knowledgeable and always ready to do their best. They are the face and an absolute credit to you and your program!

Brian and his team went above and beyond to keep me informed every day on what was planned and why. They always showed up every time ready to work to help me. Always had the equipment and materials to do any task that they came up with. I couldn’t have been more impressed! They are a fine tuned team. You should be so very proud of them, I am! I’m so blessed just to have gotten the chance to have met them, my gratefulness goes beyond words! They have made my home and my heart so much warmer. At the end of each day, they went to great lengths to make sure the job/my home was cleaner than they found it!
