It is our pleasure to recognize Chuck Picard of Webster County as our board member for May 2017. When we think of Chuck, the words dependable, practical, sensible, dedicated, and committed come to mind. Volunteers like Chuck greatly add to the success of OACAC and we appreciate all he does. He is pictured here with Debi Reece, Supervisor of the Webster County Neighborhood Center.
