14 Jul CSBG FAQ’s
July 14, 2025: Our Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program is being updated to help us support our neighbors in more flexible, responsive ways. New CSBG Outreach Centers will soon be opening in Greene, Taney, and Polk counties, with additional outreach hubs—including Monett—and more locations to be announced.
As part of this transition, Neighborhood/Community Centers in Barry, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Lawrence, Stone, and Webster counties will be closing by 9/30/25. Some may close earlier depending on staffing, and we’ll be sure to keep you informed every step of the way.
Even without a building in every county, our dedication to all 10 counties remains unwavering. We’re here for you—in person, by phone, online, in community spaces, and even in your home—meeting you where you are.
Through September, you can continue to schedule appointments using our 24/7 system at oacac.itfrontdesk.com or by calling (417) 350-5544. We’ll share new scheduling details before October 1.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. As we grow and adapt, our mission stays the same: To create lasting solutions to poverty for families and communities within Southwest Missouri. For more information and FAQs, please click here.
