Best wishes for a wonderful retirement to our friend, Gail Rusch, who has worked for OACAC for 41 years, most recently as the Fiscal Director. On Thursday, March 29, friends gathered to celebrate Gail’s years of service and wish her well as she embarks on a new adventure.
