October is Housing America Month and a time to celebrate the critical role affordable housing programs play in building and sustaining healthy communities nationwide. In recognition of Housing America Month, the public is cordially invited to attend an Open House on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 between 1-3pm. This come and go event will take place at OACAC’s Central Office, 215 S. Barnes in Springfield, MO.

Attendees can learn more about OACAC’s Housing Program, visit with staff, hear about HUD’s NSPIRE inspection process and new smoke detector rule, and possibly win some wonderful door prizes!
