The OACAC Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is accepting applications for the winter program.
November 1: Households with a person who is disabled or age 60+ (2018-2019 applications will be accepted beginning October 1)
December 1: All other households (2018-2019 applications will be accepted November 1)
