01 Oct New LIHEAP Year 2025-2026

October 1, 2025 marks the beginning of our new fiscal year for our agency and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Each new year requires a new LIHEAP application.
The FY ’26 application will be mailed to out from the state of Missouri to past recipients on 10/15 for elderly and disabled households and to all other households on 11/1. The current application on our website may be used.
Please continue paying on your utility bill or make a payment arrangement with your utility vendor.
