16 Jul ShowMe Healthy Relationships Class Begins August 3

ShowMe Healthy Relationships (SMHR) is a free eight-week course for single adults who wish to strengthen interpersonal relationships, build strong communication and problem-solving skills, recognize healthy and unhealthy relationship habits, understand personal goals for a committed relationship, and more.

The third series of classes begins on Tuesday, Aug. 3. Classes meet via Zoom each Tuesday from 6-8pm for eight weeks. Learn more at http://oac.ac/showmehealthyrelationships/.

SMHR is a 5-year project funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. It is a partnership between the University of Missouri Extension, University of Missouri Department of Human Development and Family Science, and three Community Family Agencies, (including OACAC), who have come together to help single individuals have happy and healthy relationships.
