ShowMe Healthy Relationships (SMHR) is a free eight-week course for single adults, 18+, who wish to strengthen interpersonal relationships, build strong communication and problem-solving skills, recognize healthy and unhealthy relationship habits, understand personal goals for a committed relationship, and more.

New class series begin on:

March 20, 2023 from 1-3pm on Zoom

April 17, 2023 from 6-8pm on Zoom

SMHR is a 5-year project funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. It is a partnership between the University of Missouri Extension, University of Missouri Department of Human Development and Family Science, and three Community Family Agencies, (including OACAC), who have come together to help single individuals have happy and healthy relationships.
