We’re happy to welcome Skylar Walker back to OACAC as the new Director of our Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program! CSBG is a program near and dear to Skylar’s heart, having first worked as VOICE Coordinator in 2018, Assistant CSBG Director in 2019, and Interim Director in 2022.
