We’re pleased to introduce Kathy Banks as our new Dallas County Neighborhood Center Supervisor. Kathy has been part of the OACAC team for nine years, working most recently as a Family Resource Specialist. She has lived and worked in Dallas County her entire life and she enjoys helping people in her community.
