SEMAP (Section Eight Management Assessment Program) evaluates housing agencies across multiple performance indicators, including expanding housing opportunities, promoting family self-sufficiency, conducting inspections, and more.

Achieving a perfect score is an incredible accomplishment and reflects our team’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Most importantly, it demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing quality housing services and making a positive difference for the families we serve.
