Shirley Barnett was very involved in helping the Christian County Neighborhood Center long before becoming a board member. Always happy to lend a hand, you can often find Shirley helping with life skills classes, promoting OACAC programs, giving information to people in need of assistance, helping with REALL and Poverty Simulations, and serving on REALL and VOICE network committees.
It has been a pleasure having her on our Christian County Advisory Board and she has done a wonderful job as an alternate on the OACAC Area Board. We are pleased to thank Shirley for her service to OACAC and recognize her as board member for October 2017.
