Wishing our Executive Director, Carl Rosenkranz, a great big, wonderfully happy birthday. Carl left Massachusetts and came to OACAC as a VISTA volunteer in 1971. Forty-nine years later, he continues dedicating his life’s work to advocacy, poverty relief, and social justice for people in SW MO.
Carl treats people with dignity, inspires positive change, and his leadership of OACAC’s programs and projects has impacted thousands of lives. Here are just a few photos of Carl over the years.
