Offices and Centers Closed for MLK, Jr. Day

OACAC offices and centers will be closed on Monday, Jan. 21 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We’ll reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 22.

We’re pleased to be part of the Springfield Multicultural Festival 2019 and we hope you’ll visit with us and enjoy all the festival has to offer. The Springfield Multicultural Festival is an annual performing arts and community resource expo designed to provide access to cultural enrichment through the visual and performing arts. The festival features two main components: A performance stage featuring up to seven local performing artists groups representing a variety of international and native cultures. The event also features a community resource expo with over 40 exhibitors sharing information about employment opportunities, health care access, financial and educational services and a variety other business resources from non profit organizations to area craft makers. Admission is $5 for adults, kids are free and parking is free!

The festival will be held from noon – 5pm at the Oasis Inn and Convention Center, 2546 N. Glenstone in Springfield. Details can be found on the Springfield Multicultural Festival facebook page.
