Mark your calendar! The Cellar is so excited to be partnering with Queen City Shout, Springfield’s premiere music festival, for a 2-day live music event to be remembered, Queen City Shout Spotlight! A portion of the proceeds from this festival will go directly towards supporting QCS in the continued effort to celebrate the arts and support poverty relief. OACAC is pleased to be supported by this event and Queen City Shout.
