Congratulations to the OACAC Housing team on receiving a 100% high rating on the SEMAP! Here they are, getting ready to enjoy a celebratory breakfast. Housing Director, Christy, told her team, “I appreciate you knowing your “stuff” and always working to do the best you can each day. I appreciate you taking care of yourselves at work and when off work so you can be the best Housing staff member you can be!”
The Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) scores on 15 varying indicators which include expanding housing opportunities, family self-sufficiency, inspections, and more.
