26 Feb Notice of Public Hearing

 (January 13, 2025) OACAC will hold a Public Hearing on behalf of the Dallas County Public Agency (PHA) Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the OACAC Central Office, 215 South Barnes, Springfield, Missouri to discuss the draft PHA 2025 Annual Plan and draft PHA 5-Year Plan to be submitted to the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program available in Barry, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Greene (excluding Springfield), Lawrence, Polk, Stone, Taney and Webster Counties.

Draft copies of the 2025 Annual Plan and draft PHA 5-Year Plan are available for review at each OACAC County Neighborhood Center office and the OACAC Central Office in Springfield. The 2025 Annual Plan and draft PHA 5-Year Plan is posted at https://oac.ac/housing-assistance/.
