24 May Digital Equity Survey

We need to hear from you! We are conducting a survey in cooperation with the Missouri Department of Economic Development to improve digital equity and inclusion. We value your input and invite you to participate in this survey, which will help guide state internet expansion and training efforts.

Your participation is anonymous and voluntary. This survey takes approximately six minutes to complete and is available to those 18 years of age or older. Feedback will be collected from May – July, 2023. Thank you for participating.
